p1392 is camshaft sensor or off time by a tooth. which is it thought?? i want somones opinion it has 160kmiles runs and drives good jus check engine light is on. an the timing hasnt been touched by me .bought i jus purchased the car also.an p1626 is also coming up missing data message from tcm but my car is 5spd so i dnt kno iwas told to check under the passenger side seat for tcm and check if it is wet and if theres any water there!but let me know your opinions and how to diagnosis it. i planed on jus replacing the camshaft sensor but how do i kno which one it is. and where is it exactly located and is it easy fix. iam mechanicly inclined but its got me stumped jus a bit.and need some help diagrams. watever u got to help me

For the missing data bus from the tcm, Sounds like an incorrectly coded gateway, so the network thinks there should be an automatic transmission. Could also be possible you have the Engine controller coded for an automatic car.
The cam sensor could have just failed, have you tried replacing it? Is the engine noisy? really down on power? missing? Anything to suggest out of time? They do fail, its nothing rare. But its common for people to do crappy repairs to these engines and get timing belts off or chains off a tooth. Its also common for the chain tensioners to fail or have the pads break away.
