Surging engine and Various Camshaft errors

Hi Guys,

My 2005 3.2 A6 engine has been running pretty rough recently. It revvs up and down when I start it up. It goes down until it almost sounds like it is going to die then it revvs back up. When im at low speeds and try to give a little throttle its slow to respond and will surge.

I recently took it into the dealership. $200 later I was told I needed to replace my bank 2 Camshaft solenoid valve which would be another $300. I went ahead and ordered the part my self and installed it ($80 and a little sweat!). Things were a little better but not much. I took it in to my local mechanic to get the oil changed to see if that would help and to see what codes I could get. The oil change helped a little and its running a little smoother. He mentioned the oil looked pretty dark. The codes were

P0021 - Camshaft position actuator bank 2
P2543 - Low pressure fuel system sensor - intermittent
P1536 - Intake camshaft control bank 2
P1528 - Intake cam shaft bank 1
P0021 - Camshaft position timing Bank 2
P0346 - Camshaft position intake
P0341 - Camshaft position sensor

Obviously a lot of these are related and I am wondering if there is one issue that is throwing all of these codes.

Any suggestions as to what to look for that might be effecting all of these would be greatly appreciated!
