2001 4.2 Oxygen Sensors
Is it easy to replace them and if so, how can I find out how to do them? Any good sources for the parts. How do you know which ones are bad as there appears to be three of them.

There are 4 of them. 2 before the cat. converter and 2 after. Did you check the codes? They will tell you which ones are bad. Usually it's the two before the cat. Audi has extended the warranty on your O2 sensors to 7 years/70,000 miles, assuming you have an A6 4.2.
