2005 S4 B6 Stalls randomly

In December, my fuel pump started giving out as well as the filter. I replaced both. There was no sludge in the tank anywhere so that wasn't a problem. I got the car running for a little bit and it started stalling every now and then with no CEL. While trying to restart, it would crank but not turnover. Last night, it stalled 5 times on a 5 mile drive leaving me stranded for 15 minutes at a time on the road. The second time it turned over, it threw the CEL. Today I pulled apart the intake and cleaned the MAF and she ran for over an hour with no problems. Took her to the parts store to see about the codes and the codes thrown were for the Crankshaft sensor. I bought a multimeter and shot it and found no problems with it. I then pulled the fuel pump relay on a whim and it was fried. When I put the new one in, she started no problem and the CEL went away. I then drove home and turned her off. I restarted her again just as a test and she started. I turned her off again and tried restarting, nothing.... Also last night when she stalled, the engine sputtered and the RPMs went haywire. Anyone have any suggestions? This is a little frustrating especially since this is my only vehicle and transportation to and from work.
