Default 2006 A6 4.2 white/blue smoke from exhaust

I bought a 06 A6 back in march and i just notice that the car will throw out a white/blue smoke after i have to brake hard or after going down a steep grade hill for a mile or two than accelerating after i dont know why this is happening it doesnt smoke on cold start and it doesnt look like it does it under hard acceleration so im kinda lost. i did change the oil when i got it and am going to again in a few weeks. it does loose oil but i would imagine that most of it would be coming from the valve covers that are leaking. it has around 122,000 on the motor. Any ideas would be helpfull along with any insight.

Thanks

First step would be to put new valve covers on and then do a dye test in your oil to figure out exactly where it's leaking... If it's the head gasket... Well there's a reason why the previous owner sold it.
