2007 audi s4 4.2 l v8 issues
 

Hi everyone so i just bought a used 07 audi s4 with about 112k miles already put 1k in myself and it just has a slight hesitation after coming to a complete stop and i start to go again its not a major hesitation but i feel it should re act faster then it does its an automatic btw i just want to know what you guys think it could be or if you need a better explantion just comment back im sure i could word it better but im new to audis i seen on here and other audi forums it could be something like spark plugs, cam chain,coil pack, vaccuum lines or worst case the gearbox but was wondering if anyone had any advice or if it could be anything else? thanks in advance
