4.2 Cam bearing cap bolts and cam tensioner bolts replace?

I'm getting ready to replace the Cam Tensioners. Is it common practice to replace the bolts that hold the cam and cam tensioner in? or can you reuse them.

2000 A8L w/4.2 I'm thinking you can reuse the bolts. But the Audi manual says to replace them. Yes, No, or maybe so?
