A6 4.2 Vs S4 4.2 Heads

A6 4.2 Vs S4 4.2 Heads
Hello!
I have the dreaded guide failure which resulted in bent valves.
I see that the S4 part number for heads is:
079-103-903-GX
The A6 part number is:
079-103-903-HX
Does anyone know what the differences between the heads are and more importantly will the S4 heads operates on the A6?
It looks like the part numbers for valves, and intake/exhaust gaskets are the same for both.
