Need opinions for repair
 

Hi, I'm very new to the forum, But I need some opinions. I recently bought a 2007 Audi A6 4.2 from an auto auction and it was hit in the front and ripped off the front of the car. No frame damage or anything I had to replace the radiator and it does look like the radiator support needs to be replace sometime, however the one fan which is the aux fan (the big one on the right side) is rubbing and sounds like it's going to blow up, but any how my question would be do I really need that fan for now since it is winter and won't be using the a/c. I need to get it threw inspection and the temp seems fine while running/driving (only drove it for a few mins around). But for now is it necessary to have it since the other one is working fine just to get it threw inspection?
