New to S4 looking for some simple mods
<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/147855/audi_world.jpg"></center><p>I just picked up a 2005 Dark Blue CPO S4. I did the windows (Limo and slight tint on front windshield)living in FL. Looks awesome with the Black interior. I will post a pick soon! but I am looking to do a K&N airfilter? I see it's a little buried. Anyone have any advice on changing it? Also I don't mind spending the money on gas but I was thinking an Air Intake would improve power and mileage so a good start? Any opinions?

The intakes for these cars aren't very good, so I would avoid that part. Best performance mods for this car are exhaust (cats and DPs) and chip (GIAC or APR). Other than that, go with wheels, tires, and suspension. Not much out there other than that.

i went with GIAC ECU tuning, stratmosphere intake and full Milltek downpipes/exhaust. looks great, sounds great and a quite different performance. 100mm tips are pretty slick on a dark car.

ehaust,headers (okay downpipes) possibly intake, i'm running the stock air box, you may not find any gains over doing a simple filter swap...
which reminds me CHECK YOU SNOW CATCH it's in the intake snorkel just before it goes into the air box this will get clogged with debris and really kill your performance...
