Default S4 V8 - changing spark plugs help needed

I'm attempting (again) to change the spark plugs, but can't get past those freakin' T25 screws. I found a neat little wrench at Lowes that's perfect for the job, and removed 3 of the four screws holding the coil pack connectors.

Then - disaster :-( The final screw won't move. The torx head of the screw is in very poor condition and just won't grip. Any ideas how I can remove this screw when the head is essentially stripped? Nightmare.

Or should I just take the car to the dealer and cut my losses!?!

Any advice really appreciated, thanks guys.

Sure it's T25 and not T27? Audi uses both.
