s4 v8 cylinder wall worn
 

I have 2006 S4 six speed Quattro with only 63k miles and love the car - but I believe an injector stuck open (replaced all the injectors via Audi) and washed down one cylinder wall and I now have oil blow by so bad the one plug fouls after about 40 miles. Is there anyone that can repair the block or am I looking for a new/replacement engine. Any suggestions or leads for a low mile used - new- or a shop that sleeves the block.
