Supercharger for B6 S4....
<a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/s4b6/threads/15559.phtml#155157">This is all I know</a>. I'd love to go to SEMA.... but it could be applied to the other V8s, too

not all 4.2s are the same
the S4 has the chain drive motor, most of the others are the normal belt drive type.
I doubt it would be applicable to anything other than the 4.2 allroad which iirc also uses the chain drive motor, and possibly the new A6 4.2.

Correct, the Allroad 4.2, S4 4.2, A8 & A8L, and C6 A6 4.2 all use the same motor....
so the SC, as long as it fits under the hood would theoretically work for all of those cars - should someone release the kit.
But it is in the works. I know PES has an A8 for this specific reason, and other companies are working for it as well.
Production on an SC kit for the older 4.2 v8 in the A6/S6 (the likes of which you can find under my hood), has been scrapped by all three of the companies that were working on it -
MTM does have an existing SC kit for the older A8's though - but it doesn't fit with our hoods.
I wonder if its just a matter of clearance, I'd get a fiberglass hood made up to remedy that problem, LOL.
