What fuel pressure specified?
Hello all!
Got a quick question I am not able to find right answer to everywhere I looked.
What is the specified fuel pressure for (4.2 fsi 257kw 2008 audi a8 d3) with coolant temperature 90C (warm engine) ?
Currently my VCDS shows 25bar in Mess Block 106 when coolant temperature is 90C, when cooling temperature was 50 it was still 25bar. I might be wrong but I think that a year a go when I check this it was 50-60bar.
Why I need this ?
One of the Fuel injectors died, only 7 new were available so I put 7 new injectors and 1 old , but it was checked and cleaned on FSi injectors cleaning machine at company who only works with injectors.
After everything was put together now I have misfires , sometimes VCDS will show all cylinders misfiring and sometimes only couple. Misfire count will go high when engine is cold and Engine module will show following errors: Randon/multiple misfires detected and for each separate cylinder.
On warm engine, you can feel engine is not working smooth , when you release brake pedal car does not go forward smoothly. Misfire count is 1/0 changing when warm engine. No errors in module, but car still shakes and engine work is not smooth.
