Default 2017 US A4 Allroad Order Guide

I saw this on the A4 B9 Platform forum and thought it might be of interest to current gen Allroad B8 drivers.

Thanks for posting. Looks as though the Allroad could be a very nice build.

I think I will be trading in my Q5 for the new (2018) Allroad about this time next year. The Q5 is a fine vehicle except for the transmission. I'm very happy to see that the Allroad will now have the S tronic. Will the Allroad still be built in Deutschland or is it also due to be built in Mexico ?

I haven't read anything about the AR being built in Mexico.

Does the new A4 (B9) still come out of Germany ?

If so, I would expect the same for the Allroad.

Yes. The only plans right now are for the A3/Q3, but Audi doesn't have facilities for that production yet.

Awesome, I was thinking of doing this too but I was hoping pricing would be announced so I can see how much full body paint would be. I know it was 1k last model but the UK has it as a no cost option so I was hoping maybe it would be on the 2017. I'll probably stick with the standard paint if it's that much again. I think it looks good on the lighter colors like Florret silver but I was thinking manhattan grey with full paint would look nice.

I'm curious how the ordering process worked for you. The dealer was fine negotiating just on a percentage off msrp? Are you committed to purchase or can you back out if the pricing is ridiculous. I'm getting impatient waiting on pricing. The only thing I'm curious about is cost of a premium with conv and heated seats vs premium plus. The only difference is led lights and BO sound between those two configs. That and the cost of full paint are my only curiosities. Otherwise, I'd place my order now. Did they give you a build week?
