35k mile service recommendation for $2,580. Is this normal?
Today morning I had the 35k miles oil change service done for my 2013 Audi A4 at a premium car service center. They have given me recommendation quote to do the following services.
1. Water pump service - includes (water pump, Union, O-Ring, Pink coolant g-40 porsche/merc univ) - $1,211.48
2. 35k mile service - includes (Air Filter, Cabin Air Filter (Charcoal Activated)) - $998.87
3. Mount and balance 2 tires - includes (245/45r17 GDY Eagle spt a/s) - $369.98
Total service recommendation cost - $2,580.33
Also attached Recommendation sheet as a reference.
I am posting this here and also getting appointment scheduled for other premium car servicing places here in Albuquerque, NM. Because I just need to find out whether this cost is high or not.
Looking forward for valuable advice from here.

ouch! You can buy a 35k service kit (filters and plugs) for $85 from Europa Parts (a quick google search). I did this service on my Q5. YouTube is a great resource. I spent $25 and rented a Chilton's repair manual on line. Filters take only moments to swap, and the plugs are straightforward as well. Some here say they only allow the dealership to mount tires yet I've had nothing but good experiences with tire shops, and they charge $20 to mount/balance a tire.

You may want to hold off on the water pump as I just read a thread on a recall. I don't know if there's a difference between a water pump and a coolant pump on an Audi:
April 11, 2018 NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 18V229000
Coolant Pump may Overheat or Short-Circuit
A blocked pump or a short-circuited pump can increase the risk of a fire.
NHTSA Campaign Number: 18V229000
Manufacturer Volkswagen Group of America, Inc.
Components ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING
Potential Number of Units Affected 342,867
Summary
Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. (Volkswagen) is recalling certain 2013-2017 Audi A5 Cabriolet, A5 Sedan and Audi Q5 vehicles, 2012-2015 Audi A6 vehicles and 2013-2016 Audi A4 Sedan and A4 allroad vehicles. These vehicles, equipped with 2.0l Turbo FSI engines, have an electric coolant pump that can either become blocked with debris from the cooling system causing it to overheat or can short-circuit from moisture within the pump.
Remedy
Audi will notify owners, and dealers will replace the pumps, free of charge. Parts are not currently available. Owners will be sent an initial notification beginning on June 11, 2018. A second notice will be mailed once remedy parts become available. Owners may contact Audi customer service at 1-800-253-2834. Audi's number's for this recall is 19N3/19N4. Note: This recall is in additional to the coolant pump software update applied as a remedy under recall 17V002.

HELL NO it's not anywhere near close to what this service should cost. My 2013 A4 P+ had this service done around 30k miles at the dealership. They did everything you listed except the water pump (I'm pretty sure on that one) & tires. It was covered by my care plan, so I didn't pay anything and they wanted to do it early as I had just bought it used. But if I had to pay out of pocket, it would of been ~$800. I live in Boston Ma, so the labor rate might be higher than elsewhere.
I think this is the first time I would ever say, go to the dealer haha!!

How have you been servicing this car? Looks like you don't drive very much. Did you buy it new? The recommended maintenance for these cars is every 10k miles or every 12 months, whichever comes first, so what's referred to as the 35k miles service in your case would have been due about 2 years ago. Low mileage cars are always a bit tricky to deal with, since they are not really driven enough, so the service schedule is time or mileage based. Oil for example brakes down over time and should be changed at least once every 12 months. The quoted cost for the 35k mile service looks about right, however, it includes the oil change that you just did. For less money you could have bought Audi care assuming you bought the car new, which would have covered the first 4 services including the 35k service. But at this point you can buy the Audi Care Select package. Each package covers the next two services. It costs $768 for two services, so that's way cheaper than paying almost $1000 just for the 35k mile service alone.
Can't talk about the water pump. Don't know what that is about, but regarding your tires. If it's just a puncture, take to a reputable tire shop and get it repaired if they say it can be repaired. It can't be repaired if the nail is in the sidewall or close to the shoulder. Audi dealerships refuse to repair tires, so they always wanna replace them, but a properly patched and plugged tire is fine unless you go to the track. The tire will lose it's speed rating, but you don't drive on the Autobahn and I assume you don't track this car. Also, just replacing two tires isn't really what Audi recommends unless the other two tires are within 4/32" from the new tires. New tires start at 10/32", so your other two tires need to have at least 6/32" of tread left, otherwise you should replace all 4 tires or get a new tire for the one with the nail and have it shaved down to match the other tires.

The recall is for the aux cooling pump which is electrical and circulates coolant through the engine when it's off, not the main water pump that circulates coolant through the engine with it running.
