Cool How do turn off searching for pairing bluetooth device

Hi I currently have 2015 A4 and I have already synched my iPhone up to it and it works fine. But I also use a regular Plantronics bluetooth headset for talking on business calls etc, and for some reason everytime I get into the car its asks me if I want to Pair a New Device... Like its constantly in search pairing mode. even though my Plantronics device is not and its a real pain cause I have to dig through my purse to shut the bluetooth off before the stereo and MMI will work it just searches. I have what I need loaded so I just want to have to car stop searching for other devices.. I can't find a way to do this does anyone know ?? Please help this is so annoying and my 2012 A4 did not have this issue.

I've only had the car for a day, but I think this is what you're looking for.
