MIL indicator-2013 Allroad

So the MIL indicator came on. DTC code is P0456, "small evap leak". Mechanic troubleshoot to switch and tube in fuel filler tube area. He quoted around $700 for repair.
Anybody changed this switch/tube?

Hey Thanks for answering, I past the warranty period otherwise it would be a no brainer. I am looking into possibly shorting out the evap switch or relay so that I do not loose the other functions of the MIL indicator. Just have not had the time yet. Will post update when this happens.
