This code is associated with the fuel not entering the system. P2293
Someone set me straight here, or I will replace every damn thing. This is why I left BMW for the little dumb stuff.

Is the DAMN fuel pressure regulator and fuel pump all together and the little cam follower at the entry point of where the fuel pump and rest of the engine mate?

I should start with the following and then continue to the worse scenario:

1. fuel pressure sensor
2. fuel pressure regulator
3. fuel pump and cam follower

Update:

Purchased the fuel pressure sensor, the one that is pink in color. Also purchased the cam follower, just incase and changing oil and all filters while I'm in there.

I will report back.

Replaced fuel sensor,

good for 350 miles, then today I put gas in and started the car and it was shaking. Got home, cut car off, car will not restart.
