18" vs 19" Wheels
 

In the market for a 2019 A4 Premium Plus. Wondering if there is a noticeable difference in road noise and ride between the 18" and 19" wheels? I definitely favor comfort over sportiness.

Appreciate any informed opinion.

18 winter (Conti Winter Contacts) are "quieter". YMMV depending on the tire/tread pattern, but they're generally "softer" due to the additional sidewall. The 19 summers (I've got Conti Sport Contact 6) aren't exactly louder, are "rougher", but handle one hell of a lot better. If you have no intention of any spirited driving or desire for performance go with the 18's and do your research your noise/comfort to make an informed tire choice.
