2017 Audi allroad hitch
Hey Everyone! Longtime visitor but new to the forum and excited to be here. I hope this is the right forum to post to - still learning the ropes! Has anyone had issues finding a hitch for their 2017 Audi allroad that’s not so visible? I want something that’s not going to hit the ground every time I pull in my driveway which was my experience with my old Audi.

A company called Invisihitch has one that i got, but still waiting for a nice sunny weekend to put it on so I can't give you a review, but there should be a thread or two on it.

I'm also in the same camp trying to decide on the full package or just the hitch...Invisihitch seems to be the best in the way it installs (e.g. replace the metal bumper part with one that has the receiver attached) and the fact that you can remove it when not in use. I am just wondering if the electrical portion of the hitch is worth tapping into the car...
Here's a link to their fb page I found, which has a short video on inserting the hitch in an allroad.
I checked the allroad "skidplate" in the back which will need a small notch cut out and voila, its all just plastic.
(in my case though, for the prestige one has to be more careful to see if you can retain the foot activated trunk)

The Invisihitch is the way to go. When not in use, you can take the receiver out and you don't see anything (unless you're laying on the ground behind the car, then you can see the opening cut in the gravel pan). I primarily use mine with a 1up bike rack, but I bought the full kit to future proof for towing capability. I haven't finished hooking up the wiring inside the car yet, but I'm planning to complete it soon. There is another thread here with some pics, etc.
