I am not crazy about the stock wheels on the B9 Allroad so I am thinking about powder coating them Audi titanium, or s-line grey.

Anyone done this? Pics?

Doing so will cost $500-600, so I might also just buy another set of wheels, but I am planning on buying another set of summer wheels anyway, and don’t really want THREE sets of wheels!

I have a black '06 C6 A6 sedan, with the 7 spoke 17" "all season" wheels.
I hated them in the bright silver audi finish. So, I "rattle can" sprayed them with duplicolor's "graphite" wheel paint.
It was fast & cheap, & looks so much better..
Previously, the wheels were way too overstated for my tastes. Now, they are subdued & allow the simple, smooth lines of the car be seen.
Obviously, powder coating would definitely be more durable, but at 183k miles, pn a car worth $4-5k, lowest cost is more appropriate(for me).
