I did European Delivery on my 2013 allroad, and the dealer would not go lower than 5% off MSRP.

Depending on where you are, or if location really isn't an issue for you then you may want to call Audi Wynnewood in suburban Philadelphia. I bought my last two new Audis ('13 and '15 Q5 3.0Ts) and can tell you I got the very best pricing possible, surpassing ANCA/Supplier. And I didn't even need that to get the price I wanted. I live in Washington DC where we have several dealers, but they really wanted my business. They found the exact cars I wanted and brought them in on flatbeds, did all the negotiation by phone and email, and they even delivered the cars to me. I never had to set foot inside their building - they brought the cars and drove off in my trade. PM if you (or anyone) want contact info for my brand specialist. Good luck!

That sounds like a great buying experience, but maybe a bit difficult all the way across the country; I'm in Los Angeles ...

I worked out a solution for my short-term need, so I'm planning to order instead of just buying what is currently at the dealers. The closest local dealer, which also agreed to the ACNA discount, said delivery would take ~90 days. So, I'll place the order on Tuesday. This is what I'm thinking:

- premium plus
- matador red
- nougat brown
- walnut inlays
- sport package

I'm only really uncertain about the color; I do like the green, too. I know the virtual cockpit is supposed to be good, but the whole tech package is a waste for me.

Audi of Reno has two sitting on the lot (or did a couple of days ago)...I bought an Ibis White Premium Plus with Tech & Cold Weather at a nice discount, with out much hassle. Call Alex Cuddy: 530-412-2280

I ordered mine a little over a month ago and it came in last week. Msrp was close to 56, every option except warm weather and sport on a prestige. I was worried I would not be a leader to negotiate which would push the car outside of my wife's allocated car budget for me, don't judge . Fortunately they did. I was trading in an 05 c class benz with 160k miles ( urged oil and was pretty beat up) , at the end of the day it was 53 even. They worked the trade in magic and cut the price so hard to say the exact deal but was about 3 to 4k off list..

I've got an offer of 11% off MSRP for a new '17 Allroad. This is an "out the door" price that includes taxes and all other fees. This sounds like a good deal to me. Am I missing something?

I'm in the SF Bay Area and I just placed an order. I contacted all 8 local dealers via their websites and asked for their best price for a car configured exactly the way I wanted. Prices were all over the map, so it's really important to price shop. Several were only willing to take $1000 off MSRP (-2%) and were quick to point out what a great deal they were giving me in doing that given the "huge demand" for this car (yeah, right). A couple others were just above or at invoice (6-6.9% off MSRP). I got 8.7% off MSRP which is $1000 below invoice, including all dealer fees.

I was willing to place a factory order and wait three months, so I could focus just on price. But if you need the car right away you may not have as many options. In this case the dealership did not have an allocated car in the factory build queue that they could switch to my configuration, so it could take a month before they can even enter it into the factory build system. Price is more important to me than delivery time.

I'd order one tomorrow if I could get that.

What is your sales tax rate in your locale?
