That train station is 10 minutes from my house. Why did you buy in Reading PA and not the Audi dealer in Albany?

That train station is less than ten minutes from my house. I live in Defreestville. You?

Audi Albany couldn't find the car I wanted. I would have had to order one from Ingolstadt and wait for four months, like I did way back when with my 2000 B5 Passat. One night I was checking out Autotrader and saw exactly the car, color and trim I wanted. Emailed Audi Reading, struck a deal in five minutes, and picked it up ten days later. I use Audi Albany for service, however.

@jazzmat. I'm in East Greenbush. I've been lurking on this board for a while. Still a year or more away from making my next purchase. Right now my thoughts are between the Allroad and the new Volvo V60. I love the look of the Volvo, but I'm afraid it will be too expensive. Also struggling with the idea of going with an automatic. Right now I have a Golf R 6 speed, so I may end up with an A4 manual if I decide that I want the same engagement level I have today. Priors have been GTI, Volvo V70R and BMW 323i, all in 6 speed manuals.

I struggled with the manual vs auto issue as well. Other than an Odyssey, all of my cars have been stick, but I'm making my peace because the tranny is so good.

I own Grapes & Grains, the liquor store in Rensselaer County Plaza on Route 4. Stop in some time! My car is parked outside pretty much every day, if you want to chek it out in person. I also considered (briefly) the V60, but it was bigger than I wanted and considerably more expensive when optioned similarly to the Allroad.
