Auto to Manual Transmition Swap?
so ive got a 98 1.8t, with a 5 speed automatic. the manual selection option is fun, i actualy only drive like that, but now im bored. i want the real thing, and i have found a well priced 5spd manual from a parted out 98 a4. i havnt baught it yet cause i dont now if it is even possible without huge amounts of trouble. any of you smart people no if it would be an easy fit? my uncle is a very good mechanic but im not going to truble him with this unless i know it is possible and reasonable. any response would be helpfull.
