13 Pin in Trunk and a 8 Pin CD Changer

I have a factory 8 pin cd changer, but in my trunk is a 13 pin connector. Does anyone know if there is a way I can get the two to work?

usually helps with a more description like what year is your car....

the factory 8 pin cd changer i believe is the Alpine CD changer... for the old 96-97 A4s
the 13 pin is the panasonic... or it could be vice versa...

Yes. Go to the Good Guys or similar store with Car Audio, and pick up an adapter. Mine was $50.
