Default Poor baby...decisions, decisions.......J/K :0~

If it was my choice, I'd get the Bimmer in a coupe version, if not, then the Audi....the mercedes just doesn't do anything for me.

Default just to make it more confusing consider Jag X-type Volvo S60 Lexus IS300 =)

Pros of A4
Quattro! safer in rain snow than others (great argument to use on parents)
Turbo much easier to mod than other cars (but dont tell parents)

but new A4 is out soon

Default I'd wait for the new A4. look inside for more...

I have driven all three of these cars. Ofcourse I have the A4 1.8tqm silver since 1997. I absolutely love this car. I have been an audi fanatic ever since.

I never got to try the 6 speed C240 so I don't know how much help this will be. I found the engine very very underpowered. Maybe I am just used to a turbocharged A4 with a performance chip ofcourse I am quite biased too. Anyway, I also find it a bit tight in there for a Mercedes. The older model felt more roomy. The only Mercedes I'd get is a CL500 or CL55.

I am quite a big fan of the 3 series BMW. I really love the new 3.0 engine. If you can get that, go for it. I don't find that there's much room to mod a 325. I'd go top of the line 3 litre instead.

The A4 is a beautiful car. I still recommend it. The engine is great and the quality is just as good if not better then the Merc and Bimmer. IMHO the Audi interiors are the best among all auto manufacturers out there. The quattro system alone can make the decision for me if I were in your shoes. Wait for the new A4 or get the current body I'm sure you'll be happy with any decison you make.

I looked at each one B4 I bought mine. Audi won for price and build quality.
