2001 A4 2.8 Quattro 17000 miles
Hi folks,
I test drove an certified 2001 Audi A4 2.8 Quattro yesterday and was very impressed with it! It was a 5 speed with leather, wood, xenons, fog lights etc.! Its driven 17000 miles and the dealer's asking $27K! I think I can buy the car for $26 total!
Is this a good deal? I'm asking your comments because I'm trying to make a choice betweeen a new 325i and this one!
I'm in the midwest snow belt so Quattro has its pluses and I think the 2.8 was much better than 1.8T!
Please comment!
Thank you!

(edited) Based on the options you listed, it would have an invoice price of $30,950 new...
...or an MSRP of $34,460. It looks like they are offering you the car at 75% of the invoice price, or $6500 off what you probably would have paid new. On paper, it looks like a pretty good deal!

Take it fom someone who KNOWS used cars...
Kelly is saying $27-29K for that car... If you can get it for 25,500 or 26,000.... Done deal. I don't know where in the snowbelt you are, but trust me you'll love it! I'm in WI and have a RWD sports car that's f-a-s-t, but I'm willing to accept a bit less performance for lots more functionability. Needless to say, I'm selling it & looking for a good deal on a used A4.
