Default 430CC Genesis Injectors

Having an issue with the 430cc Genesis injectors. The car is throwing a check engine code (flashing on startup then going solid) and the shop that is looking at it says the injectors are not fitting properly into the rail and causing a lean condition. Does anyone know what would cause this? I've run these for 30,000 miles or so with no issues so it's strange to see it appear now. Do these need rail spacers or an adapter?

Thanks!
