99.5 A4 2.8 Leather Interior - Is It ALL Leather?
First - I did check the archives, and there seems to be rampant disagreement about whether all of the "soft" surfaces are leather or not, and it may have varied by model year. I'm not trying to start a on-line firefight; just trying to get the right information.
So - I have a new 99.5 A4 2.8 with Ecru leather interior, and wanted to know what portions are leather, and what portions are vinyl. (I'm trying to figure out which products to use on which surfaces.) I suspect that the shift-lever cover, brake-handle cover and armrest cover are NOT leather, but what about the rest? When I got the car, I was pretty surprised because it seemed that the entire seat (with the exception, of course, of the plastic back) was leather, as was the door trim, but now I'm not so sure anymore.
Thanks.
Julian
