Default Most pads come with new locking bolts..
with are nothing more than bolts with loctite on them..

Default Kris is right...you can re-use those bolts...just use a wire brush to clean out the
old loctite, and reapply a fresh dab of blue loctite before reusing it.

Default Keep in mind the following...
Bolts are secured by torque which is caused by the bolt material stretching. Most metals have a certain amount of elasticity to them but repeated stretching will lead to an eventual failure.
