Can i convert my 2016 Audi A4 FWD to Quattro ?

Not without a sizeable amount of money and time...realistically your better off selling what you have and buying a quattro, since there'd be so many things you'd need to change to actually make it a quattro.

sell it and buy the one you want. if you got parts on there put it back it stock, if you get a another a4 they will all fit. but id skip modding a a4 and get something with a 3.0 tfsi a tune get you to 410hp
