A4 issues

I recently brought my '98 A4 2.8Q in for a 30K service to the dealership with a list of complaints.

First I had the famous display fading problem. The dealership told me they replaced the display unit, but the problem remains. When I just start driving, the display is perfectly readable, but after a while, the top left portion fades and becomes less readable. This happens in all weather conditions, independently of whether the car has been standing in sunlight or not. Should I have the dealer replace the unit again or do I have a different problem?

Second I noticed that my driverside (left) headlight was brighter than the other. The dealer told me that it's normal that there is a slight difference. Is that true? They told me they adjusted it, but I'm still noticing the difference in intensity, very noticeable when I'm driving in front of my car in another car.
Also, since I got the car back from the dealer, the bumper is hanging loose just in front of the front right wheel well. I can press it up and feel it click, but after driving some it comes down again. Can this be fixed easily by myself or should I have the dealer fix it?
