Depends on two variables: use and how front rotor upgrades . . .
Obviously, how much and how hard you use your brakes will effect longevity.
However, if you have a front rotor upgrade you may use up your rears faster. Why?, because your brake system applies the same force to the entire brake system without regard to your brake upgrades--the computer will assume that you have an OEM set-up. So if your front calipers require less force to slow the car due to brake upgrades, your computer will apply the remainder of the force to the rear calipers.
So, your rears work harder when you upgrade the fronts; not that you lose any braking power, the engineers just designed the system to automatically distribute the pressure according to the calipers' needs. Weird but true, according to a write-up I saw somewhere by someone who measured the front to rear brake balance after upgrading the fronts. Also, IIRC the LF and RR are on one loop and the RF and LR are on the other loop.
