So I have a 96 A4 with regular comfort seats. One side is power, one side is manual. I may be able to get some sport seats from a 98 A4. His seats are also the same as mine, as far as one being power and one being manual. If we where to trade, would it be direct bolt in for the both of us? Both seats are also heated. Thanks

You have 2.8, correct? If his is 2.8 then direct bolt on. If his is 1.8 then more work to be done.

I've done that with my 98.5.

Make sure both sets are:

1. Power Driver, manual passenger (as you said)
2. Both heated (as you said)

Do you have side airbags? The 98 should have side airbags.
