Air Bag light on.....tried the electric grease trick.....any pref. methods for the grease trick?

Air Bag light on.....tried the electric grease trick.....any pref. methods for the grease trick?
or any other suggestions.....I hate having the light on and do not want to get bent over by the dealer for a faulty switch....any help would be great.

what's the electric grease trick if you don't mind me asking?
i zip tied the controller tight under the seat and airbag light didn't come back until 3 months later when i played with it in VAG-COM.
