almost done installation. how do i unlock the stereo? i have a "SAFE" display.

Have to get your four-digit security code to unlock. I had to go to the dealer and have them get it.

It might be in your manual? It's just a 4 digit code.

Default since i bought used, the manual has it ripped out. now since i didnt buy at an audi dealership,...
do i still go to the audi dealership for the code??? can i call aoa>??

Go to the dealership. Bring proof of ownership & using your VIN they'll look up the code.

Default I had exact same problem.
I just called the dealer it was originally bought from and gave them the VIN#. Gave me the # and directions to do it no problem.

Default Some people have said there is a sticker in the trunk with a whole bunch of codes on it.
Supposedly, there is one four digit code on that sticker...for your radio. I've never looked, but it's worth a try.
