Any way to adjust ONLY the high beam lights on 1 piece headlights? and if not how do you move them?

Any way to adjust ONLY the high beam lights on 1 piece headlights? and if not how do you move them?

Default Unpossible
The inside piece houses the reflector for highs and the projector for lows. They do not move independently thus making it virtually impossible.
