Anyone else think more people come here posting problems rather than mods?

It's a bit depressing, you're right...
But the car is getting older... granted it was more widely sold than the B3/B4 platform, so there are more out there... but in a few years this forum will be like the 80/90/CQ forum. That chassis was also around about 7 years.
Best we can do is keep the quality up, keep the riff raff out or educated so the high level of expertise stays here. I still get complements literally daily on the car, so I know this model has a lot going for it, even after 10 years.

Some of us are new to the B5 but not young..........
I have 'graduated' to a B5 and not young (at 63) but love Audi's and a place to discuss how to keep it running. I'm a gear head and not into mods, clay bars or "my mechanic said.....". What you are seeing is the natural ageing process of the car and the type of people who buy or still own them.

that would be a great project!
unfortunate for me...i think i'm done with the engine modding scene. After owning a bike nothing feels fast anymore. Too bad i don't ride anymore...but i still have the bike in case i got the itch.
