Anyone have service feedback of Westlake Rusnack Audi in Thousand Oaks CA?

I was wondeing where you got your Audi from, I'm on the westside and looking for a good dealership. I was told Newport was good, but I was hoping for a closer dealership. I'm also considering CarOrder.com or Carsdirect.com

I purchased my car from Rusnak in Pasadena, very good sales experience but only managed to get 1K off list. Keys Audi discounts a little bit more, different experience though.

I got My 99 1.8QMS from McKenna Motors in Norwalk. Good selection and good price. I get excellent service though at Steve Taub porsche/audi in Santa Monica. They sell for sticker or above though. Beverly Hills Audi has good selection but I assumed high prices.

I have, actually I bought my car from them. I tried service with them once, won't do it again for a very long time. I complained of a dash rattle at 5K miles, they basically ignored my problem...they claimed it was the contents of my glovebox rattling around. They then proceeded to look at me like I was stupid or something when I told them that, "I don't think that's the problem". I'd tried that move about two weeks before I brought it in...no dice, the rattle is in the steering column IMHO. I'm currently having all my service done by Steve Taub Porsche Audi in Santa Monica, they've been pretty excellent IMHO...it's a bit out of the way, but worth it.
