for 35 g's a year and for only 1 year before it has to be shipped out of the US

Default I'm sure it's possible
You'll just have to go and buy it in europe and put in like $5-6k to make a "US" version out of it (emission control, speedometer in miles).

Default I've seen a RS2 in colorado at Rev Sport..
Don't know where the guy got it however. Nice ride though.
