Anyone know the name/# of a Private mechanic in Owings Mills, MD that works on Audis?

Oil Change, and I may have the Cats replaced.
 

In Maryland, you have to get an emissions test done every few years....its based on the age of the car, regardless of ownership (I think).

Anyways, I hope the car fails, b/c it has 78,800 miles on it, so I only have another 1200 miles of warrantied Cats.

Also, I have to put a set of tires on the front.

The advantage of having this stuff done at Valley Motors (Dealer) is that all replaced parts are warrantied for a year. but, a private mechanic may be considerably cheaper.

I wouldn't hope it fails cause Many! things could cause you to faul emissions other than cats.

Thats a little far, but perhaps I'll be "sick" for a day, if their price is right.

First, if you are Quattro club member you can get a discount at Valley Motors. I have not used any private ones in the area because I do most of the things myself, whatever I cant get free from the dealer. I know a lot of the guys at Valley and Len Stoler and they will do stuff afterwork and on the weekend for cheaper than the dealer if you ask them. If you want specific names email me privately.
BTW, where are you and what do you drive?
