Default Anyone replaced a Camshaft Position Sensor on a 1.8t?

So my check engine light had been coming on and off. Below is a link to the post I made a week ago. So after clearing the code a week later when I checked again I had a similar but different code:

Address 01: Engine
Controller: 4B0 906 018 P
Component: 1.8L R4/5VT G 0006
Coding: 07201
Shop #: WSC 06335
1 Fault Found:
16725 - Camshaft Position Sensor (G40): Implausible Signal
P0341 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
Readiness: 0000 0000

Instead of "Signal to High" it now says "Implausible Signal".

The car hasn't registered any misfires and is running as smooth as ever. So I am pretty sure I need to check the connections or replace the Camshaft Position Sensor. Now on a v6 a4 the CPS is on the exterior of the engine but from the Bentley manual the best I can tell is the CPS is under the cylinder head cover.

So has anyone replaced a CPS on a 1.8T ATW? Can you tell me what's involved in the job? I'm thinking about having a shop do it but I'd rather save the $. Thanks.<ul><li><a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/a4/msgs/2197201.phtml">Old Post</a></li></ul>
