Audi A4. Pickup issue and does not climb hill roads.
I have an Audi A4 2000, AJM Diesel, manual. It does not speedup immediately, have to keep accelerating for few seconds to get the pickup. Due to this issue it is very difficult to move the vehicle with 3 or 4 people in the car. Also, it does not climb hill roads and cannot move up the car when it is parked at a sloped road. Suddenly the speed drops drastically and the engine loses its power when it goes to a sloped road from a normal road. I have checked the fuel line and fuel pump, and the workshop guys said that there is no issue in the fuel line. I have replaced the engine speed sensor (crankshaft) and fuel filter. There is no engine fault as well. What could be the issue? What else should I check please?
