Default Worth replacing? Well, yeah.... Unless you like the idea of rocks or the like slicing through...
oil lines, the oil pan, and hiting the betls.

Default After mine fell apart I put 2 cans of rubberized undercoating on the new one.
It still looks good after one year.

Exactly - the engine will also run hotter than it should w/o it.

Default the difference in temperature wasn't that dramatic
I really don't see what you guys are going nuts about. If your hitting something that is going to take out the oil pan it is going to take it out with or without the belly pan on. It really isn't "protecting" too much.
