Default BJ Help...
...Brake Job, that is...

I'm going to go w/ the A8 upgrade and 255mm rears. Rotors are OEM slotted/drilled ECS and pads are PBR ceramics.

What should I do to ensure they don't squeal?

Default OK. serious answer I guess.
I would say that the most important things you can do is to make sure the pads are free to slide in the carrier and the caliper slides are free. Use a wire brush to clean the carrier where the pads hit and I use a wheel bearing grees to keep it from rusting.
