black leather center armrest leather has become loose....

black leather center armrest leather has become loose....
Looks like there was plastic on the underside that was bonded to the leather and the plastic has broke all the way around the armrest. Anyone know where to get a replacement besides the dealer, i can only imagine what they charge for it. The Audi is definitly starting to show its age with lots of little things going wrong in the past 6 months:-(. Thanks
