Hey, weaselciuy I saw your post its very informative really good pics. But my car is a 1996 Audi A4 I think yours is a newer model. So the pics wouldnt really help me because I saw the screws were inside the glovebox on yours. On mine there arnt any screws in the glove box

Rojo I just did this job on my 99.5 A4 last week. There's not much to take pictures of. Just push on the two levers to pull the glove box all the way down, take out the 3 torx screws (its a T-15 torx) and bend the damn thing outta there. To unscrew the top screw, I used the T-15 torx socket with no rachet on it, but turned it with an open end wrench cause of the clearance. If it takes more than 45 minutes it's because you went in the house to warm your hands.

Where are the levers located again? I just took off the two screws on the end cap and the glove box wants to come out but I looked and it seems that it is a screw near the outside knee of where the passenger would sit that I need to remove. I know if somehow I could lower the door past its stops I could reach it but so far..no avail. :-( right now I'm inside trying to warm my hands until I can get this done lol

Best pic I can take is this one. I'm only showing one side cause I'm holding the camera with the other hand. But you reach up and push hard.....you'll feel the spring loaded levers pusing up until the glove box just drops all the way. You don't have to take it out, just drop it all the way out of your way.

Ok so I FINALLY get the glovebox down thanks mtroxels' help. Then I get to the Blower Motor and start removing the 3 screws...then I get to the last screw which is on top and I can't even get my hand up there to remove it. I saw there looking around, trying to fit my tool in there, and pulled a little bit...but I I could not get to that last screw. Any help guys?

Ok So now I guess I'm at step irritated lol. So I get the bracket that is holding the blower motor in place unscrewed and once I do that I think I'm home free w/ taking out the old blower motor. But once again it is something else prohibiting me to take the motor out. Its some brace that is connected to the top dash thats in the way of me pulling the motor out. Ive sat there pulling and yanking but no good. Any help w/ this one guys?

You could take that out of the way if you have to. It's so me bracing for the air-bag. But I just pulled the motor down and kind of pryed it outta there. The squirrel cage and fan housing are all plastic so you can bend it around a little to get it out. Do the same putting the new one back in.
