Blown Headgasket?

Blown Headgasket?
So after the coolant level light came on, formerly the leve was fine, checking it tonight (Just came on the 1st time two days ago), it's way too full, and guess what's mixed in with the fluid? Oil, lots and lots of it. I usually keep a good eye on engine/oil temp, neither budged above normal operating range. I've heard oil in the cool tank can mean a blown head gasket, any other less depressing prospects?

One thing to look at is the spark plugs, pull them, if ones clean then you have coolent in that cylinder and a blown headgasket. This won't always show up but one thing to check.

Checked coolant
Yes, checked coolant when the light first came on and everything was right where it should be so I assumed that it was a sensor gone wrong. Later on when I checked it again it was too high and had oil in it (bottom of the coolant tank cap is covered in oil). I usually keep a close eye on temp gauges since my last car, an old Volvo got a blown radiator and I always eyeball them since. Nothing, oil temp is fine, engine temp fine, car seems to run smoothly. Also Joey I assumed the head gasket because I did search it on google and I saw a few mentions of that.
