BLOWN TURBO?
WTF?
The car gods decided to smile on me again today.
I just shifted out of reverse from a mini-mart, where as soon as i engage in 1st and start off, i hear a loud *THUNK* come from my engine.
To my surprise the car is still moving. but barely. I lost all power, the engine sounds like a lawnmower, and the turbo whistled so loud that small dogs were in hiding! I limp my way to the dealership and have to wait to figure out what else broke in my car. Hopefully its just a busted hose, but i think the turbo's dead. The ironic think is, that this is my 2nd Turbo. The 1st was replaced @ 17K when the idiot dealer misdiagnosed a blown exhaust hose.
